Midnight Meals for Residents: When there is no night meal service in the hospital, this program provides a box lunch for the residents working at night.
Travel for Medical Education:
Staff members can receive travel money for continuing medical education not funded by their department.
Recognition
MG Jack Gamble Lecture: In 2005, the Madigan Foundation began sponsoring the MG Jack Gamble lecture on military medical research to commemorate the career and many community contributions of MG (USAF) Jack Gamble,
a founding member of the Foundation.
Research Award: The Foundation sponsors the annual Graduate Medical Education Outstanding Research Project by a Fellow award.
Nursing Excellence Conference and Nurses Week Activities: The Foundation provides a variety of support and sponsorship for this annual event

Annual Graduation Ceremony: The Foundation provides refreshments for the annual graduation ceremony for interns, residents and fellows.
Return from Deployment Celebrations: We provide funds, on occasion, for use by medical units to use for a celebration, memorial, or other event.
